Title I received ‘On shipping' email, but I could not track my package with the tracking number in the email!

Tracking number is registered within 4~5 hours since email notice was sent. That’s because it takes some time that our parcels are registered to post office online tracking system.
So, please wait for a while. Also even though we packed parcel, it takes about a day that the parcels are completely sent to be shipped. So please wait about a day if we told you expected shipping date.
If you can’t take tracking information within a day, please contact our Q&A board. We will check and support you!
