Title My order status is still ‘Awaiting Payment'. Please check my payment.

1. Usually, from Monday to Friday, we confirm the PayPal payment and change order status once a day, 10:00 ~ 11:00 a.m.
On weekends and Korean holiday we do not check and update PayPal payment. So please wait for until next Monday morning. So before you ask about your payment status, please think about time difference and date here.

2. Most of payment is automatically matched with your order number. However, under specific circumstance, we can’t find your order. For example,
- Difference between order payment option and payment (like combine shipping or layaway)

under the situation, we can’t find your order from your Payment. If you leave order number as PayPal memo, we can find your order soon and short process time of your order.
