1. It is available to purchase as member or guset.
2. Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the 'CART' button.
3. Then, you can choose to 'CHECK OUT' or 'CONTINUE SHOPPING'. After put all items into the cart, push 'CHECK OUT'.
4. Fill in the delivery information then shipping fee will be added in this stage.
5. Choose the payment method. If you have coupon and store credit you can use, it appears on this stage. Please feel free to use it.
6. Proceed the check out to push 'PLACE ORDER' button.
7. After payment is done, you will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.

* The payment for order is confirmed once a day, in 10:00~11:00 a.m. of business day.
* It takes 1~2 business days to confirm your payment using PayPal. Bank transaction takes 1~2 weeks. Credit card payment is confirmed immediately.
* When the payment is confirmed safely, the order status would be 'Payment confirmed - order in process'.
* Payment should be sent within 7 days since order is made (including holiday), unless the order is automatically canceled.

If customer cancel the order or the order is canceled by inevitable reasons (e.g out of stock items), we refund the payment.
The refund is done as the way of payment, following the payment agent regulation. (PayPal / Local credit card company rule)
Usually it takes 1~3 business days for PayPal refund / 1~29 business days for credit card company refund.
* The pre-order items (most of dolls / some clothes) cannot be canceled.
* If the order is not paid within 7 days, the order is automatically canceled.
* Under specific circumstance, the order can be canceled within 3 days without notice.
(e.g. Item discount event period, quantity limited items order…)
* Point is 'Store Credit or Mileage' like airline mileage. If you purchase items, 1% of item price is accumulated as the point. It is offered when the order status is changed into ‘Delivered’. (14 days later since the tracking number was registered)
* If it is accumulated over $10, you can use it at checkout page for order. (If the point is under $10, the point using page does not appear.)
* When new customer signs in, $1 store credit (=point) is offered.
* It is not exchanged as cash or other goods.
